PAYMENT TERMS
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners

CANCELLATIONS
As room hire is NOT charged, a $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance of the food is required on arrival at the function. If a booking is cancelled earlier than 30 days prior to the function, the $200 deposit will be refunded in full. The full deposit will be retained for cancellation after this time.

ENTERTAINMENT
No Karaoke
DJ allowed – with Hotel controlling the volume of the music
JukeBox - $250 Hire Charge playing free music for the Function Duration (with reasonable noise level due to neighbours)
Microphone is available for use at your function for speeches/ presentations

POLICY ON OUTSIDE CATERING (Food and Beverage)
The Blue Gum Hotel has a strict policy against the use of outside catering in the Hotel. This applies to both food and beverages. The only exception is cakes eg; Birthday, Engagement etc.

SECURITY
For all 18th Birthday Parties Security Guards are COMPLUSORY. Each Security Guard will be charged to the Function at $40/Hour for a minimum of 4 hours. The Security Guard must be present from 15 minutes before the Function and remain until all guests have departed the Function area. Management will advise each Function on the number of guards required.

LEAVING THE HOTEL
The Hotel is licensed until Midnight Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 on Sundays. All patrons are to vacate the Hotel 5 minutes after the before mentioned closing times.

LIABILITY
The Blue Gum Hotel takes all possible care to prevent incidents. We do not accept any responsibility for damage to furniture, or loss of articles left on premises. All damages are to be paid in full by the organiser and the organiser MUST provide Credit Card Details to cover any cost for repairs

DECORATIONS
You are more than welcome to decorate the room however you like provided you have the room exclusively. If you would like to do so you are able to come in early to set up BUT this arrangement must be made prior to the day of the function.
