There are a variety of different options to choose from when deciding on which way to run your function in terms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Option One: Private Function Bar
The Private Function Bar is located in the Function Rooms, and a staff member must serve the desired drinks at the function in order to ensure we comply with current RSA laws. This service is charged at $25 per hour Mon to Fri and $30 per hour Sat and Sun.
You simply set a budget prior to the event and we take care of the rest. We can simply increase this amount on the night if you wish to do so.
Option Two: Bar Account
You can run an account at the Bar and set a limit to the amount you spend and on the drinks that can be bought.
All we need to set this up is a credit card, and you will be issued with either a wrist bands (so it is easy for us to detect who is able to have drinks) and a corresponding coloured bar tab. The total for the bar tab is settled at the conclusion of the event in one transaction.
Bronze Package includes:

Silver Package includes:
- Domestic beers (VB, Carlton Draught, Tooheys New, Tooheys Old, Reschs, Cascade Light), Pure Blonde, James Squire Amber Ale, Blue Tongue Lager
- House Spirits
- Soft Drinks
- Glasses of House Wine and Sparkling Wine as well as Premium wines by the
Gold Package Includes:
- Inclusive of everything in Silver Package
- All Tap Beer
- All Spirits
- Bacardi Breezers, Vodka Cruisers, Smirnoff Red Ice, Bundaberg and Cola
- All wines from the wine list
Option Three: Get Your Own
As the name describes, your guests can simply order and pay for there drinks as they go
Option Four: Premium Beverage Package
Standard - $32 per person, 4 hour unlimited beverage package
- Domestic beers (VB, Carlton Draught, Tooheys New, Tooheys Old, Reschs, Cascade Light)
- Soft Drinks
- Glasses of House Wine and Sparkling Wine
Premium - $38 per person, 4 hour unlimited beverage package
- Inclusive of the standard package as well as;
- Premium beers (Pure Blonde, James Squire Amber Ale, Blue Tongue Lager
- House Spirits
- Yellowglen Sparkling Wine
- Premium Wines ( Skip Jack Sauv Blanc, Fox Creek Chardonnay, Fox Creek Cab/Merlot, Thomas Hyland Shiraz,
Deluxe - $45 per person, 4 hour unlimited beverage package
- Inclusive of everything in Silver Package, as well as;
- All tap and bottled beer
