The following cocktail menu packages have been designed to cater for between 35 – 45 guests. Feel free to choose from the three packages to suit your function needs. For larger functions, you are able to choose more than one package, or alternatively choose from the list of additional platters to accompany packages.

HIGHTEA FUNCTION PACKAGE
This package is designed for functions such as christenings, weddings or meetings, until 5pm daily. The combination of food is served in a traditional hightea fashion, with a tea and coffee station included. This package can be accompanied with additional platters

LUNCH BUFFET PACKAGE
Ideal for lunch time functions this package has a little something for everyone. The casual nature of this buffet allows guests to choose from a range of cold meats and seafood as well as a selection of sides and a cheese platter to finish off the day. Additional platters can be chosen to accompany the springrolls to begin the function

BBQ BUFFET PACKAGE
This package is ideal for both day and night time functions, when a more substantial meal is desired. The Grain Fed Scotch Fillet will be enjoyed by all guests. The simplistic nature of this package will require little organization and as such is a quick and easy package option

SET MENU
The option for set menu can be either a two course or three course meal, and both are alternate served (meaning two option for the menu). This menu is designed directly with the head chef and functions coordinator to ensure that your ideal menu is produced. Sample menu’s will be made up soon to give example of the types of meals that can be made.
