Bluegum Hotel

Here at the Blue Gum Hotel we pride ourselves on quality cuts of meats with a menu that represents current trends & our ‘paddock to plate’ belief.


The menu has been constructed by our Head Chef – to reflect this belief. It is diverse and constantly changing to enable us to use the best produce to ensure the food is of the highest quality.

The Blue Gum Hotel is an icon of the north shore. On the site there has been a hotel since 1884 with several name changes and 2 fires destroying the Hotels. The current building was completed in 1962 with renovations being carried regularly inside to keep up with trends and demands.
